Opportunity


A full-time Anesthesiologist job opening is immediately available, with the physician doing 100% of their own cases . The case mix is diverse and includes pediatrics, neurosurgery, vascular, regional, orthopedics, and outpatient surgery. There are no OB cases. Cardiac cases are negotiable. A flexible call schedule is available, including both call and no-call options. The call is a light beeper call from home . This position offers a significant salary and a generous amount of time off. Residents are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage anesthesia for a diverse range of surgical procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Continuously monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthetic delivery.
• Manage emergence from anesthesia and provide appropriate post-anesthesia care.
• Participate in a light beeper call schedule from home.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Current unrestricted medical license in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage a diverse patient population and case mix.
• Proficiency in a variety of anesthetic techniques, including regional anesthesia.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Current BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Compensation : $700,000 - $800,000 .
• Time Off : 10-12 weeks of paid time off annually.
• Bonus : A sign-on bonus is available.
