As a Lead Game Producer, Early Stage Production at Netflix Games, you will define and drive the process for evaluating and greenlighting new game projects across our global portfolio. You will lead the intake and due diligence efforts, ensuring each project is strategically sound, technically feasible, and set up for success before full production. You will mentor a team of producers, foster a culture of rigor and collaboration, and be a key voice in shaping Netflix’s future games slate, including innovative, non‑traditional, and experimental projects that push the boundaries of play. You are the final escalation point for intake, due diligence, and greenlight in Early Stage Production, owning both the process and team outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Portfolio Intake Partner with Games Leadership, Business Development, General Managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to intake and prioritize new game concepts, including both traditional and non‑traditional/innovative projects. Own the early‑stage production pipeline, ensuring all candidate projects are evaluated against Netflix’s portfolio strategy, brand, and audience needs. Serve as the central point of contact for project status, documentation, and intake processes.
