Equipment Operator
Looking for a stable, long-term home where you can expand your operating skills? Twin City Staffing is seeking an equipment operator for a growing team in Shakopee! This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and variety. Whether you are an expert or have experience with just one machine, we are willing to train you on the rest! Location: Shakopee, MN Wage: $19.00 $22.00/hr. depending on qualifications Hours: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM Monday Friday

Duties of the equipment operator:
- Operate front-end loaders, forklifts, and skid loaders
- Manage on-site truck movement (yard driving semi-trailers)
- Operate bailers and other specialized facility equipment
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals
- Assist with general labor duties as needed
Requirements of the equipment operator:
- Previous experience operating at least one type of heavy equipment
- Willingness to learn new machinery and skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- No CDL required (on-site yard driving only)
