As an Applebee’s Server, you will be the first and last impression of our guests. You will work hard but have a great time doing it. You must be at least 18 years old, be able to communicate effectively, and be committed to making an impact. Responsibilities Greet guests, take orders, and provide excellent service throughout the dining experience. Make menu recommendations and up‑sell based on guest preferences. Anticipate guest needs and deliver a memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service bar. Transfer plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen as needed. Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and adhere to food‑service safety protocols. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Commitment to excellence and teamwork. Ability to work physically for long periods (up to 4 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift and wash hands with sanitizing soap regularly. Benefits Competitive wages plus tip earnings.
