Ensure the Team Leaders and Members on your team meet our standards and customer care needs. Guide and support professional development for your team. Partner with District Manager and your Team Leaders and Team Members to support a collaborative, positive restaurant community. Manage communication between your restaurant, headquarters, and within the franchise to share best practices, solve issues and build our Jack in The Box brand, consistently. Own and be accountable for specific restaurant management and human resource functions. Qualifications You must have a high school diploma or GED, and a college degree is preferred for this position. You must also have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high paced environment with full P&L responsibilities. QSR Experience is highly desired. Internal Promote must have minimum of 1+ year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years of experience as a First Assistant Manager. You must be 100% certified in all workstations.
