Food Service WorkerThe Food Service Worker is responsible for providing comprehensive support in customer service and food preparation in varying types of food service operations. This role ensures high standards of sanitation, safety, and customer satisfaction while adhering to University Housing and Dining (UHD) policies and procedures.Responsibilities include serving high-quality food products, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines, and providing excellent customer service. The position also requires the ability to multi-task and work with little supervision.Required qualifications include experience working and preparing food in a restaurant, commercial, or institutional facility, and experience with operating standard kitchen equipment. Preferred qualifications include one year or more of experience working and preparing food in a restaurant, commercial, or institutional facility using commercial kitchen equipment.The salary range is $41,600+ depending on qualifications.
