Key Duties and Responsibilities Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when needed. Maintain office security by following access procedures and issuing visitor badges. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry. Schedule and confirm appointments; manage calendars using office software. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (common requirement). Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional demeanor and ability to multitask. Organizational and time-management abilities.
