Marketing Traffic & Operations Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage the intake, tracking, and distribution of all marketing project requests
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and follow up on deadlines with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain project management systems and department schedules
• Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, digital, and operations teams
• Track deliverables for advertising, signage, and campaign materials
• Assist with budget and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support scheduling of meetings, photo/video shoots, and production timelines
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with workflow or project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
