- Monday – Friday
- Multiple shifts available:
- 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM
- Job Term: Temp to Hire
The Mixer / Machine Operator / Packer is responsible for supporting multiple areas of the production process, including mixing, machine operation, and packaging. This is a cross-functional role requiring flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist production operations after training (mixing, machine operation, packaging)
- Operate mixers to prepare dough according to production requirements
- Operate packing machines safely and efficiently
- Perform manual packaging of products as needed
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous food production or machine operation experience is a plus
