Schedule:

Monday – Friday
Multiple shifts available:
- 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Job Term: Temp to Hire

Position Summary:

The Mixer / Machine Operator / Packer is responsible for supporting multiple areas of the production process, including mixing, machine operation, and packaging. This is a cross-functional role requiring flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist production operations after training (mixing, machine operation, packaging)
Operate mixers to prepare dough according to production requirements
Operate packing machines safely and efficiently
Perform manual packaging of products as needed
Follow production schedules and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures

Job Requirements:

Ability to work in a cold environment
Availability to work overtime as needed
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Strong work ethic and reliability
Previous food production or machine operation experience is a plus
