Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time Company: Aviata at Coral Bay, West Palm Beach, FL. Location: 5065 Wallis Rd West Palm Beach, FL 33415 Shifts Available: Part time on 7a-3p,& 11p-7a , Full time on 7a-3p & 11p-7a Job Summary: At Aviata Health Group, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centered care through compassion, clinical excellence, and connection. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering direct care to our residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards. About the Position: The CNA is responsible for caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility
- Aiding in daily tasks such as, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and status
- Conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
- Assisting in dining, including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and clean up
- Companionship and conversation
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant license.
- Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
- Shift options: 7a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-7a
- $225 Bi- weekly attendance bonus ( full time only)
