- Good Exposure to both incident and Problem Management
- Must have worked in AWS
- Must have good knowledge on Middleware components/services (Servers,Load Balancer/Trace Logs) and have the acumen to lead any troubleshooting efforts from end to end until permanent solution
- Must have worked in one of observability tools Splunk (Preferred) or Dynatrace or Grafana
- Good to have skills - Java
- Either Onshore or Offshore profile (preferred) Should be able to overlap with US time
