Tow Senior Instructor
Auto Club Of Southern Calif
The Auto Club of Southern California, part of AAA, is seeking a Tow Senior Instructor to lead training for tow and roadside assistance operators. In this role, you will design and deliver classroom and hands-on instruction focused on safety, technical towing skills, and member-focused service. You will conduct ride-alongs, evaluate operator performance, and ensure adherence to AAA, company, and regulatory standards. Partnering with operations and safety teams, you’ll enhance training programs, support onboarding, and help maintain high-quality, reliable roadside assistance for millions of members.
