Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Located in Alaska. This outpatient physical therapy assignment involves providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients within a busy outpatient clinic setting. The position is ideal for clinicians seeking a 13-week assignment with a focus on a variety of outpatient rehabilitation services.

Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient PT assignment lasting 13 weeks, starting mid-late October.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapist license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience, current AK PT license, and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Skills and Certifications: Experience with acute care, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, body mechanics, cervicalgia, low back pain, post-operative cervical surgery, shoulder repair, spinal surgery, spinal conditions, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, cognitive disorders, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinsons disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, patient family education, and electronic charting using Epic.
• Additional Information: First timers accepted. No float required. Candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility. RTO requests must be included during submission, with a willingness to work three of the five major holidays. Must provide two references covering at least one year within the last three years and respond to the site-specific screening questions.
