We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our friendly and professional dental team in beautiful Bishop, California. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while working in a supportive environment with a strong, established patient flow. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and diagnostics
- Develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Provide timely emergency dental care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Contribute to practice growth and patient retention
- Ensure clinical procedures comply with regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in dentistry
- DDS or DMD degree
- Current Dental License
- Experience in clinical dentistry, oral diagnostics, and treatment planning
**Please note that pay range is given based on production at 30-35% and can vary.

Their comprehensive services help improve patients' dental health, function, and aesthetics. Our team emphasizes patient education so patients understand the need for each treatment option. We believe that informed patients can make better decisions about their oral health and take an active role in their healthcare.
