Financial Compensation & Incentives: Weekly Gross Earnings: Averaging $1,200 to $1,300 per week, ensuring long-term financial stability. Competitive Base Pay: Starting mileage rate is set at $0.51 CPM. Stop-Pay Incentive: Earn an additional $15.00 for every single intermediate stop made along your route. This is a strictly refrigerated trailer (Reefer) operation with zero driver loading or unloading requirements.
