IDP Business Coordinator - Sustainment

Department: NIAR - Sustainment Campus Location: Wichita, KS - Other Wichita Location Hire Type: Full Time Pay: Commensurate with experience Work Schedule: Export Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Job Details NIAR's Sustainment lab is looking for a business coordinator to assist in procurement, invoice reconciliation, and detailed data and payment entry at the ASTEC facility in Park City, KS. Job Summary Coordinates and facilitates the processing, reconciliation, and tracking of activities related to invoices, payments, and expenses for assigned centers. Manages travel including, but not limited to, completing prior authorizations, coordinating and processing receipts and expenses, and determining approval for reimbursements. Essential Functions Processes invoices and payments for assigned centers. Manages travel including, but not limited to, completing prior authorizations, coordinating and processing receipts and expenses, and determining approval for reimbursements. Coordinates freight shipping. Completes data entry and reconciliations accurately and efficiently. Sorts and distributes mail. Works collaboratively with internal and external organization partners. Job Duties Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Four (4) years of related experience; every 30 hours of college coursework can be substituted for one year of experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Detail oriented Critical thinking Ability to work independently Microsoft Office familiarity Physical Requirements: Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
