Inspections involve hands‑on work, consisting of electrical checks, visual inspections, x‑ray review, material and fluid analysis DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lab testing of electric drive components and systems – performance and durability testing, failure / root cause investigation. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Years of experience: 1-2 years experience, can accept masters, associate degree 4-5 years Degree requirement: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Electrical testing experience, product development experience, failure analysis We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and global team.
