Retail Commission Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry, Woodbridge Center - Full Time As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you will provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. You will apply deep product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets. Your role includes building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of our clientele program while meeting sales goals and promoting our loyalty and warranty programs. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and create personalized shopping experiences. Demonstrate superior product knowledge and assist customers in selecting fine jewelry and watches. Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling tools. Promote loyalty and warranty programs and support inventory, fulfillment, and merchandise presentation. Ensure security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise. Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and support special events. Use point-of-sale tools effectively and streamline transactions. Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Achieve and surpass daily sales goals and client and protection plan goals. Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Excellent communication skills with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Proficiency in providing product recommendations, assisting with fittings, and using digital shopping tools. Experience driving sales and operational excellence through training, events, and stewardship of point-of-sale systems. 1‑2 years of related experience required. Essential Physical Requirements Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
