Overview/Description: Seeking a strategic and experienced Product Manager to lead the successful implementation of a comprehensive Client Management Platform inclusive of Consent Management, Identity Management, and Identity Proofing program to enable the right people have the right access to the right data and resources at the right time for the right coordinated care. This role will be accountable for the overall success of the program, business capabilities, business processes, and aiding the technical architecture and implementation team. Drives a product strategy for Client Management with the ultimate goal to ensure California citizens maximize healthcare services by securely capturing consent, managing identities, and verifying patient information through advanced identity proofing; with an eye towards the BHT North Star Vision, Purpose, Goals, OKRs, and Human Centered Design and possible future enterprise usage for additional care coordination, consent management, and identity proofing needs.

Responsibilities

• Define business and product objectives and key results in collaboration with executives and stakeholders
• Synthesize customer business goals, policy requirements, and strategic vision into OKRs and user stories
• Draft and maintain a prioritized product backlog to achieve iterative success.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product adoption and success in meeting business objectives Identify and prioritize iterative improvements, justify their impact, develop and test hypotheses. Collaborate closely with engineering, customers, SMEs, and the product team

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills Strong understanding of Agile/ Scrum
• Human-centered design expertise
• Owning a product roadmap
• Articulating product strategy
• Evangelizing the VOC
• Conducting market and user research
• Synthesizing research with stakeholder and leadership goals
