We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to join a fast-paced retail organization in West Hollywood. This is an urgent hire for a strong HR leader who can partner closely with senior leadership, support employees across the business, and bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to people operations.


The ideal candidate has a proven background in fashion or beauty and understands the pace, creativity, and operational demands of a consumer-facing brand. Experience in retail is essential. This individual should be comfortable balancing strategic HR partnership with day-to-day execution, building trust across teams, and helping create a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees across the organization.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are consistent, compliant, and employee-focused.
• Partner with managers to strengthen team performance, communication, and engagement.
• Bring structure and sound judgment to a growing, evolving business environment.


Qualifications

• Strong HR leadership experience within the fashion or beauty industry is required.
• Retail experience required, including support of consumer-facing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
