Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

Registered Nurse – Procedural CareShifts include days, nights, and weekends with call requirements of 1–2 days per week plus 1 weekend per month.This position is for a specified contract length with a typical patient ratio of 4:1.Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.Current GA RN license or Compact license.Certifications: ACLS and BLS.Experience with bronchoscopic procedures (including EBUS and navigational), basic thoracic procedures, and familiarity with vascular/interventional support is preferred.Charting experience with Epic is preferred.Provide nursing care during procedural interventions including bronchoscopy, lung biopsy, thoracentesis, and chest tube placements.Assist in central venous access/ports and angiographic/interventional procedures.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Radiology.Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after procedures.Educate patients and families regarding procedural care and post-care instructions.Requests for time off must be finalized at the time of submission, with a maximum of 7 days allowed per contract.
