Detail Technician

We’relooking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure everysold RVis spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily onsold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets ourhigh standardsand provides an excellent first impression to customers. Key Objectives Deliverconsistentlyhigh-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs. Ensureevery sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule. Identifyand report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Responsibilities Review the daily schedule toidentifywhich RVs need detailing. Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery. Inspect each RV for any visible damage or maintenance needs and reportfindingsto the service department. Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris. Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently. Organize andmaintaindetailingequipment and supplies. Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units. Follow all safety protocols tomaintaina hazard-free work environment.
