We are hiring a Coating Operator – Manufacturing Technician in Hopewell Junction, NY to support critical production runs and ensure high-quality coating processes. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing or machine operation experience who enjoy troubleshooting, working with equipment, and being part of a precision-driven production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate coating chambers and equipment for critical production jobs
• Verify work orders, tooling setups, and chamber readiness before each run
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot coating defects or process issues
• Partner with engineering to support process improvements, trials, and optimization
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment condition tracking
• Maintain accurate production logs and communicate status updates to leadership
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For

• Prior manufacturing or production experience required
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable operating machinery and troubleshooting process issues
• Ability to follow technical instructions and document work accurately
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Indoor, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting up to 30 lbs as needed
• Use of appropriate PPE while on the production floor
