As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support residents, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.89 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a residential community. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity in accordance with site policies; document arrivals, departures, and unusual occurrences as required. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
