Caregiver

Hourly pay rate starts at $16.75-$19.75/hr (based on shift preference), with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.

As key members of our direct-care team, a Caregiver provides one-on-one support to our residents in their daily routines such as bathing, dressing, toileting, socialization and overall well-being.

Full time 7P-7A working 7 days in a two week pay period includes 6 hours of overtime and shift differentials, Part time or PRN (As Needed) positions available

Full time 7a-3p and 11p-7a and 7P-7A

Part time 7:30a-10:30a & every other weekend and PRN positions available

Caregiver Responsibilities: 

• Help our residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines throughout their day such as bathing, dressing and toileting. 
• Build bonds through companionship.
• Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.
• Assist residents in organizing their day and activities and above all, enjoy themselves.

Caregiver Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others' thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
