Compensation: $58,000-$68,000 (DOE) + Industry-Leading Benefits Package

Role & Responsibilities

• The Heart of the House: Lead high-energy dinner services, acting as the primary point of contact for loyal regulars and neighborhood friends.
• Refining the Craft: Collaborate daily with a leadership team that values mentorship, mastering the choreography of service, menu rollouts, and beverage programs.
• Culture Building: Operate on our core pillars of Consistency, Cleanliness, and Kindness. Coach the service team in real-time, turning every shift into a masterclass in hospitality.
• Operational Integrity: Manage scheduling, inventory, safety protocols, and DHEC compliance to keep the operational side as polished as the guest service.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2-5+ years in high-volume, chef-driven, or fine-dining environments.
• Leadership: 1-2+ years in a supervisory role (AGM, Manager, or Captain).
• Mindset: A highly coachable, humble, and service-first approach to hospitality.
• Relationship Focus: A passion for the art of the "table visit" and cultivating long-term guest relationships.
• Reliability: The ability to be the calm in the storm, projecting confidence to your team when the dining room is at peak volume.
