About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Market Risk Analytics & Governance to lead market risk oversight for its prime brokerage business. The role will own and evolve risk frameworks, including margin and gap risk methodologies, and oversee risk analytics, stress testing, and scenario analysis. Responsibilities include identifying emerging risks, partnering with trading and credit teams to develop a unified view of exposures, and advising senior leaders on risk mitigation. The successful candidate will also establish governance policies and controls, engage with regulators, and lead and develop a high-performing risk team. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in market risk, with deep expertise in prime brokerage or complex trading environments. Strong knowledge of market risk analytics, margin and gap risk, stress testing, and regulatory requirements is essential. The role requires the ability to communicate complex risk insights clearly, influence senior stakeholders, and balance disciplined risk management with business needs. Proven leadership, sound judgment, and experience working across trading, credit, and analytics teams are also required.
