Courtyard by Marriott in Shelton, CT is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and kitchen areas
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and properly
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies to the line and service areas
• Follow all health, safety, and food sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and wet kitchen environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and food safety is a plus
