Aesthetic Registered Nurse PT

Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) - Part‑time Schedule & Availability Must be available to work weekends, with 2 weekdays (Mon‑Fri) available. Must be available to work a Monday or a Friday, as well as one additional weekday. Monday and Friday are highly preferred. Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website, subject to change). The schedule will be 11 hours with 10 working hours after breaks. Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week, with flexibility to 2 or occasionally a 3rd shift as needed. Sunday's may be required for occasional training or if clinic expands operating hours. Physical Requirements This role requires long periods of sitting and standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets. Job Summary As part of the clinic team, the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients with excellence services, including advanced medical‑grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. Reports To Clinic Manager Qualifications Required education: Associate Preferred experience: Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year Required license or certification: Registered Nurse (RN) Current State Nursing License BLS Desired skills: 2+ years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred. Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, and functions well with the team. Exceptional communication skills and problem‑solving ability. Outgoing yet calming presence, making clients comfortable. Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met. Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal‑oriented. Prioritizes client safety and customer service and can make clinical decisions knowing when to ask for assistance. Responsibilities Creating Curated Client Experiences Present & promote customized no‑downtime laser facials best suited for current and prospective clients’ personal skincare needs. Discuss the importance of skin care protocols created by the medical team. Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing. Supporting Store Operations Success Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy in all processes and procedures. Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff members. Establish adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits. Communicate effectively, multitask, and comfortable with computer/store systems. Establish and maintain effective client retention processes. Enhancing Skin Laundry Culture Partner with clinic team to provide a people‑oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging.
