Our team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members in our flagship restaurants, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill, the Lodge, and Founders. Share menu highlights, and details, and make personalized recommendations. Handle challenges gracefully, finding the path to yes. Stay informed on the menu and be able to explain dishes and pairings to our members. Uphold brand standards by contributing to daily tasks and cleaning to ensure readiness for service. Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture. Ideal Qualifications and Attributes Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED At least 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant and serving position. Club experience is a plus. Deep knowledge of Wine, Liquor, Beer, Food & Proper Service Experience with restaurant POS system is a plus Must be 18 years or older Attributes Presentable - Able to put your best foot forward and present yourself cleanly and professionally to our members. Strong Communication Skills - Able to assess needs and desires by communicating with our members and team. Team Player - Work closely with leaders and fellow team members to meet goals. Genuine - Possess a passion for delivering top-notch service. Fast-paced - Able to manage multiple tasks. Physical Requirements Ability to move and lift to 25 lbs Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period Availability This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours. Sundays are required.
