We are seeking an SAP Security Specialist to join our team. This role will involve defining and troubleshooting user authorizations, supporting compliance and audit requirements, and managing security configurations across SAP GRC and core modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP GRC implementations, segregation of duties (SOD) remediation, MSMP workflows, and audit process management and a passion for enterprise security governance and incident resolution .

Job Description:

Role Overview: Provide comprehensive SAP security and GRC support across multi-module enterprise environments. Ensure strict compliance with internal and external audit standards, resolve security-related incidents, and manage user authorization structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and troubleshoot user authorizations across ECC, BI, HANA, SRM, GRC, and Solution Manager (SOLMAN) modules.

• Conduct user monitoring activities and interface with internal and external audit teams to support compliance evaluations.

• Perform Segregation of Duties (SOD), Critical Action (CA), and Critical Permission (CP) analysis and remediation.

• Assist in security validations and troubleshoot GRC configurations, including MSMP Workflows.

• Investigate and resolve security incidents and problem tickets while adhering to SAP functional best practices.

• Evaluate technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident and problem resolutions in complex IT environments.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in SAP Security administration across ECC, BI, HANA, SRM, GRC, and SOLMAN modules.

• Successful completion of at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP GRC and ERP design/configuration.

• Proven track record in handling audit requests, risk analysis, and SOD remediation.

• Experience delivering support within complex EAI and multi-discipline IT environments.

• Strong process orientation alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
