Surgical Services Director RN - OR & Cardiac Leader

Nursing Pro Staffing in St. Pete, FL, seeks a Director of Surgical Services RN to lead the OR and preoperative teams. The role focuses on safe patient care, staff development, and operational excellence across cardiac, neuro, and orthopedic programs.
You will work closely with OR managers and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of upper management experience in Surgical Services/OR, with ACLS, BSN, and a proven track record in open-heart and DaVinci robotics programs.
