Our dedicated and compassionate team of professionals come from culturally diverse backgrounds, and they share the common vision of providing our outpatient population with the best primary and preventative health care available.J1 Waiver and CONRAD 30 Waiver Candidates Welcome!!!ResponsibilitiesAssess and diagnose fractures using clinical evaluation and imaging studiesAdminister non-surgical fracture reductionsMonitor and manage the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as neededPerform joint aspirations to diagnose conditions such as joint effusions or infectionsAdminister intra-articular injections for pain relief and inflammation reduction using ultrasoundApply casts, splints, or orthopedic bracing to stabilize and immobilize various musculoskeletal conditionsEnsure proper alignment and immobilization of injured body partsReview and interpret X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging studiesCollaborate with radiologists and orthopedic surgeons to develop accurate diagnoses and treatmentCollaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and rehabilitationAbility to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted for tele and in patient as determinedQualifications6 months of outpatient experience as an Orthopedic Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP/APRN/Physician Assistant/PA)6 months of experience with bracing, casting, splinting, and injectionsEducation Requirements: Masters Degree preferredNY State NP LicenseLicense Requirements: Drug Enforcement AdministrationSalary: $130,000-$145,000Equal Opportunity EmployerEssen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.
