Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
• The role will oversee roughly 60 employees in a Med-Surg unit which includes a 24-bed intermediate care unit and a 6-bed Neuro ICU.

The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development in order to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing or enrolled in a BSN program within 8 months of starting.
• Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing
• Maintains current BLS

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in ICU, preferably neuro ICU
• Certification in clinical specialty
