Help load and unload trucks, put merchandise away, clean up yard.Key Responsibilities:Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.Load trucks according to the list of materials on the sales invoice.Delivers and unloads materials to customer's satisfaction and on a timely basis.Maintain inspection of each vehicle you drive for safe driving.Accurately record all merchandise returns on a credit memo.Listen and work with customers to solve customer needs.Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:Valid driver's license and a good driving record.CDL is a plus.Must be able to operate a forklift.Ability to drive a manual transmission.Desire to learn and grow professionally.Be self-motivated and productive.Physical strength to lift and carry 75 pounds consistently.Ability to follow directions.Customer-oriented self-starter who is a quick learner and adapts easily to new tasks.Once eligible, you will participate in our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), a unique benefit that can provide a financial source for your future/retirement that very few companies offer.
