The Security Operations team ensures the stability, performance, and ongoing support of enterprise security tools and services used across the organization.Our mission is to reduce risk and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company systems and data through effective operational support, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration.About the RoleAs a Senior Information Security Engineer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for the design, deployment, and advancement of enterprise security solutions. You will provide leadership through architecture guidance, mentorship, and hands-on engineering while driving the evolution of the security technology stack.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and deployment of enterprise security solutions across Google SecOps, Tanium, CrowdStrike, Ping Identity, and DelineaAct as a technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering challengesDefine and implement scalable, secure architectures and integration patternsDrive tool selection, implementation strategy, and platform evolutionProvide mentorship and technical guidance to L2 and L3 engineersLead cross-functional initiatives with DevOps, IT, and business teams to improve security postureEstablish engineering standards, best practices, and design patternsOversee complex deployments, upgrades, and platform transformationsIdentify and implement advanced automation and optimization opportunitiesInfluence long-term security strategy through hands-on technical leadershipBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in information security engineering or related fieldDeep expertise in enterprise security architecture and engineeringStrong hands-on experience with platforms such as Google SecOps, CrowdStrike, Tanium, Ping, and DelineaAdvanced proficiency in scripting, automation, and system integrationStrong understanding of networking, identity, endpoint security, and detection technologiesProven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and deliver solutions at scaleExperience leading large-scale security tool deployments or transformations preferredStrong background in cloud security and modern infrastructure preferredAbility to mentor engineers and elevate team technical capabilities preferreExperience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments preferredThis role requires being onsite in the Rocklin, CA office Monday through ThursdayOur Culture & ValuesWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
