In this role, you will provide exceptional mobile vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety without the need for customers to visit the dealership. Responsibilities Perform on-site vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for Ford and other certified vehicles. Respond promptly to customer service calls and provide transparent communication regarding repairs and costs. Maintain accurate records of all service work performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while working remotely. Collaborate with the dealership team to provide seamless customer service and follow-up. Requirements CERTIFIED MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN with experience servicing Ford vehicles or other automotive brands. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a mobile environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
