As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur - 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri - 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs for arrivals, departures, and deliveries. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Document and report security-related observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Preferred ability to lift more than 20 pounds. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
