Description Experienced Server – High-Volume Restaurant Cypress Street Pint & Plate | Midtown Atlanta Cypress Street Pint & Plate is looking for experienced, energetic Servers to join our team! We are seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and know how to provide friendly, attentive service while managing a busy section. Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Cypress Street Pint & Plate has been a neighborhood favorite for more than 20 years. We are known for our creative American pub fare, craft beer selection, welcoming atmosphere, and commitment to providing every guest with a memorable dining experience. We work hard, support one another, and take pride in creating a fun, high-energy environment for both our guests and our team. We are looking for experienced servers who can step confidently onto the floor, communicate effectively, and maintain excellent service standards during our busiest shifts. What We Are Looking For Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required Strong knowledge of restaurant service steps and guest hospitality Ability to confidently manage a busy section Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Comfortable recommending menu items, craft beer, cocktails, and other beverages Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive during high-volume shifts Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to assist coworkers and contribute wherever needed Ability to accurately enter orders and responsibly handle guest payments Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and late-night closing shifts Position Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service Guide guests through the food and beverage menu Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system Monitor tables throughout the dining experience Communicate clearly with bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants, and management Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned sections Complete opening, running, and closing side work Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, and company policies Work as part of the team to ensure every guest receives excellent service Schedule Requirements Applicants must have flexible availability, including: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts Late-night shifts Day or Evening shifts Holidays and other peak-volume periods Limited weekend availability will not meet the requirements of this position.
