Regional Sales Manager - Great Lakes

Responsibilities Develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies for the sales management team within an assigned region/country-wide for a given portfolio or TA. Work with regional management to establish strategy and tactical approach for generating sales in support of corporate strategies and objectives. Manage all aspects of regional business and optimize marketing resources to drive sales results. Coach the sales team, providing timely feedback, direction, and guidance to ensure effective sales efforts. Help secure and maintain customers through high-level customer contacts. Qualifications Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field. 6–8 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with a special focus on sales and/or marketing. 3+ years of experience in field sales. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations. Demonstrated leadership/team management experience.
