Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager North Carolina

Job Description

A growing agency is looking for a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to handle a small to middle-market desk. Hybrid work schedule 3/2.

Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Will work with and support the personal lines account management team.
Will handle processing endorsements, help with billing problems, claims notices, and assist with marketing.
Processing endorsements, handle certificates, billing problems, update applications, claims notices, and perform various other administrative duties.
Experience with agency management systems (Epic, AMS360, EZLynx or another).
Strong computer skills needed.
Great work-life balance, ability to learn and grow.
Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 remote).
Full Healthcare Benefits, PTO, and 401K.
