ABOUT THE ROLE:
- We Produce Tons of Video Assets From Our Global Events Weekly for You to Leverage.
- You Will Own the Social Media Strategy.
- Drive Massive Social Media Audience Growth.
- Create an "Owned Media" Strategy and Global Influence Machine.
- Hire and Mentor All the Experts You Need to Succeed.
- Leverage On-Air Personalities, Influencers, and Industry Experts to Establish Podcasts, Channels, Shows, etc.
- "Success" Will Be Measured by Event Registrations and Attendance
- Work 100% Remotely.
- Some Travel to Global Events Would be Ideal.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Has Grown Social Media Influence and Reach for a New Media Company or Viral Podcast in the Business to Business (B2B) Sector. Technology Related.
- Possible Previous Titles: Producer, Head of Audience, Head of Audience Growth, Head of Social Media, Head of Content, Head of Growth, Head of Social, Director of Social Media
- Understands How the Social Media Algorithms Work.
- Tracks the Effectiveness of Marketing Efforts. Results-Focused.
- Established Repeatable Systems and Playbooks That Scale
