This is a hands-on role focused on commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing building automation systems to ensure peak performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. While Siemens platforms are a core focus, we're open to candidates with strong experience in Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Niagara Framework environments.What You'll Be DoingInstall, commission, and support BAS systems across multiple commercial projectsTroubleshoot and resolve complex controls, integration, and network issuesModify and optimize control sequences, alarms, graphics, and system performanceSupport integration of third-party systems (chillers, meters, power monitoring, etc.)Perform functional testing, startup, and system validationProvide technical support to customers, including system upgrades and enhancementsAssist with mentoring junior technicians and supporting field teams as neededMaintain accurate documentation including as-builts, point lists, and system databasesCollaborate with PMs, engineers, and contractors from install through turnoverWhat You Bring5+ years of Building Automation / Controls experienceStrong experience with Siemens BAS (Desigo CC, Apogee, DXR) or JCI Metasys and/or Niagara platformsSolid understanding of BACnet/IP, system integration, and BAS networksProven ability to troubleshoot controls logic, communication issues, and field devicesExperience supporting commissioning, startup, and project deliveryNice to HaveOEM certifications (Siemens, JCI, Niagara)Experience working on large commercial or complex facilitiesOSHA 10/30, EPA 608Exposure to multiple BAS platforms or system integrationsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
