Occupational Therapist (OT)

Role & Responsibilities: Develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery through exercises and assistive devices. Communicate patient progress, coordinate follow-up care with team members and family. Document patient care adhering to regulatory and professional standards. Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including company policies and professional codes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice. CPR certification. Strong organizational and communication skills.
