Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN Night Shift Located in the area of the healthcare facility. This position involves providing essential nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit, with a focus on individuals recovering from major surgeries, strokes, amputations, or neurological conditions. The role requires a dedicated professional skilled in acute care and capable of handling a fast-paced environment to support patient recovery and well-being.

Job Details

• Position Description: RN in a Medical Surgical specialty at a rehabilitation hospital, dedicated to aiding recovery for patients with severe injuries or illnesses such as stroke, brain injury, or neurological conditions.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, associate or bachelors degree in nursing, 2 years of relevant experience, located in the designated area.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: This role involves working on a 50-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:7, utilizing equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, bariatric beds, and medication dispensing systems. Experience in acute care settings is preferred, with a focus on problem-solving, warmth, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
• Shift Details: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, guaranteed 36 hours weekly.
• Submission Instructions: Candidates should report to the designated contact upon arrival by 6:45 p.m. and ask for either Anthony, Ethel, or Demetre.
