Our team is expanding, the Senior Digital Designer creates high-impact visual experiences for digital marketing campaigns that engage target audiences, strengthen brand presence, and drive growth. Blending advanced design craft with marketing strategy, this role translates campaign goals into compelling creative across paid media, organic social, email, landing pages, webstore assets, and other digital touchpoints. As part of Leaders Brand Design team, you'll help set the creative bar, support and mentor peers, and shape the quality and evolution of the team's work across the digital space. You'll partner closely with digital marketers, copywriters, designers, Account Managers, and internal teams, using performance insights and AI-enabled workflows to move efficiently from concept through production, optimization, and delivery while maintaining exceptional brand consistency and attention to detail. Be a LEADER every day What You'll Do : Digital Campaign Design: Partner with our marketing manager, merchandising, ecomm, and sales team to create on-brand campaign concepts and experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and growth across digital and organic channels for both LeaderPromos itself, as well as for our clients and their webstores. Multi-Channel Creative Production: Design a full range of digital outputs, including static and animated media for web stores, email campaign layouts, landing pages, website banners, and all required e-commerce/webstore assets. Brand Stewardship & Visual Systems : Apply established brand guidelines in fresh, engaging ways while maintaining visual consistency across clients, campaigns, platforms, and digital touchpoints. Help evolve repeatable design systems, templates, and standards that improve quality and speed. Performance-Informed Creative Optimization: Apply creativity and critical thinking to performance data supplied by the marketing team. Develop creative variations, support A/B testing, and continually refine design choices to improve campaign outcomes. Audience-Centered Design: Design with the target audience, channel behavior, campaign objective, and conversion path in mind, using strong typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and storytelling to make complex messages clear and persuasive. Motion & Video Design: Create video, motion, and animated digital assets - primarily using Figma, Canva, or other supported motion tools - to keep creative fresh, platform-appropriate, and engaging across marketing channels. AI-Accelerated Creative Workflow: Be fluent in AI tools and processes that expedite the full workflow from research, ideation, concept development, image and copy exploration, and versioning through production, resizing, quality assurance, optimization, and final delivery. Use AI with strong creative judgment while protecting brand standards, accuracy, privacy, and intellectual property. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with VP of Brand Strategy + Design, marketer team, designers, Account Managers, Sales, E-Commerce, Program Management, and other partners to clarify objectives, present creative rationale, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Project & Production Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organization and attention to detail, using tools such as Monday.com to track priorities, timelines, dependencies, feedback, and approvals. Creative Leadership & Trend Management: Help establish creative standards, mentor and support peers, contribute to team critiques and problem-solving, and stay current on digital design, motion, platform, AI, and marketing trends that can improve creative effectiveness, efficiency, and proficiency. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing design, graphic design, or a closely related creative role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong multi-channel digital work. Strong understanding of Figma, a must skill. Strong storytelling ability and exceptional attention to detail, with advanced command of typography, color theory, layout composition, visual hierarchy, and brand systems. Proven ability to apply existing branding in fresh, engaging ways across paid media, social, email, web, landing pages, and e-commerce experiences. Why LeaderPromos?
