We're representing a pioneering company that is building the first customer lifecycle automation platform powered by AI agents, specifically designed for B2B companies. This innovative approach aims to transform how businesses engage with their customers, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance user experiences and streamline operations.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using Python, FastAPI, and React.
- Develop and optimize backend services that support AI-driven customer lifecycle automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements and features.
- Utilize SQLModel for efficient database management and data retrieval.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the platform, ensuring best practices in coding and development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–7 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and FastAPI.
- Proven expertise in building responsive web applications using React.
- Solid understanding of database technologies and experience with SQLModel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in B2B environments, particularly with automation or AI-driven solutions.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
Compensation and Benefits
