What You Can Expect:- Earn $190,000 – $230,000 gross yearly
- Average 2500–3000 miles per week
- Late-model 2025–2026 Peterbilt 579 Epic Ultra Loft
- 2 weeks out, 2 days home
- Market surcharge/Profit Sharing (for more ways to earn money)
- Deadhead Pay $1.00 per mile on ALL miles
- NO Credit Check

Paid every 90 days after 1 year of service!
- Completion of year 1 – Receive $1,000, paid out $250 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
- Completion of year 2 – Receive $2,000, paid out $500 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
- Completion of year 3 – Receive $3,000, paid out $750 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
- Completion of year 4 – Receive $4,000, paid out $1,000 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
- Completion of year 5 & above – Receive $5,000, paid out $1,250 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
- Must have 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must have a valid DOT physical
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
- No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in accordance with FMCSR
- Stable job history for the past 3 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- No convictions for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” within the last 3 years, including:
- Excessive speeding of 15 mph or more over the posted limit
- Reckless driving
- Improper or erratic lane changes
- Following too close
- Hit and run, failure to report, and accident
- No suspension/revocations in the past 12 months
- No “preventable” DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
