Average 2500–3000 miles per week

2 weeks out, 2 days home
Market surcharge/Profit Sharing (for more ways to earn money)
Deadhead Pay $1.00 per mile on ALL miles

Longevity STAY PAY Bonuses

Paid every 90 days after 1 year of service!

Completion of year 1 – Receive $1,000, paid out $250 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
Completion of year 2 – Receive $2,000, paid out $500 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
Completion of year 3 – Receive $3,000, paid out $750 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
Completion of year 4 – Receive $4,000, paid out $1,000 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
Completion of year 5 & above – Receive $5,000, paid out $1,250 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.

Must have 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience
Must have a valid Class A CDL
Must have a valid DOT physical
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in accordance with FMCSR
Stable job history for the past 3 years
No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
No convictions for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” within the last 3 years, including:

Excessive speeding of 15 mph or more over the posted limit
Reckless driving
Improper or erratic lane changes
Following too close
Hit and run, failure to report, and accident

No suspension/revocations in the past 12 months
No “preventable” DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
