Pediatric Physical Therapist - Providence Anchorage

Overview Assesses, plans and implements pediatric Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Assists in direct patient care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association. Schedule and Compensation Full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Part time, 0.5 FTE, Day shift, 20 hours per week $3,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy or Master's Degree Physical Therapy or D.O. Physical Therapy Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Experience and credentials in pediatrics.
