Visual Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities Assesses business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities; effectively leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions Oversees and collaborates with key partners to manage visual direction; prioritizes shipment and optimizes product flow to efficiently impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience Initiates conversation with Home Office leadership to continuously improve presentation and experience Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store Emulates global URBN values while acting as a local representative of the Reclectic brand in their respective geography Partners with the Leadership Team to create balance between engaging visuals and the productive use of space Requirements 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results Experience with floor planning Proven record of developing great talent Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
